The principal of BelSU was awarded with the Federation Council Certification

At 5th of April Oleg Polukhin celebrated his 60th birthday. He was congratulated by the governor of Belgorod Region Eugeniy Savchenko, the deputies of the Federal Council, majors and the heads of regional facilities and organizations. The governor highly praised his merits at the public posts and university, and handed him the highest award of Belgorod Region – the set of medals “The third battlefield of Russia” first class. Eugeniy Savchenko called Oleg Polukhin the real patriot and wished him future success. At his birthday the principal also received Federation Council honorary certification, Department of Education honorary Certification and St. Ioasaaf medal of thr Russian Orthodox Church.
