In a top list of leading economists

Official annual rating of the leading economists of Russia is published this year under the aegis of Financial Institute Under The Government of Russian Federation (developers: E. Balatskiy, N. Ekimova). It is calculated according to database of publishing activities, quotation and Hirsch index excluding self-citation. Prof. Vladimir Moskovkin got a 493 place in this TOP-500 rating.
