It is the fourth conference organized by BelSU Institute of Economy Economic Subdepartment, so it became a tradition of the university. This year it is especially important because of a complex economical and political situation in Russia and the world. The scientists from Russia and Republic of Kazakhstan have gathered to share their experience.
Deputy vice principal for Science and Innivation of BelSU Andrei Peresypkin greeted the participants on behalf of The Principal’s office. He said that it is important for university to have an opportunity for raising new essential problems of the country’s economic development, to look at political and economical situation of the world. He thanked the audience and especially SCOU partner, professor of Karaganda Economic University Tatiana Ten, doctor of technical sciences for the attention.
Director of BelSU Institute of Economy Professor Marina Vladyka, doctor of economic sciences said that it is important to determine landmarks of economic development and find ways of its realization. She has also mentioned that the conference become more and more popular all over the world, – more than 200 scientific articles are presented by participants from Belgorod, Voronezh, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Brest, Almata, Karaganda, Quito, Kharkov.
The head of Economic Subdepartment, assistant professor Evgeniya Nikulina, candidate of Economic Sciences said to the audience that the main goal of BelSU is training of highly qualified specialists. It offers the space for professional exchange, cooperation and viable work with Russian and foreign specialists.
The report of Tatiana Ten became one of tje most important ones at the conference. She told about the condition and results of analysis of tax informational systems’ functioning in Kazakhstan.
Postgraduate from BelSU Munenge Sizungo presented the results of benchmarking study of Russian federal and national research universities’ publishing activities, based on data from Web of Science and Scopus.
The scientists worked at 7 panels; they’ve discussed options for economic growth of the region, human potential development, reforming of banking system, tax system and accounting. They also analyzed the situation in various spheres of economics.
All reports would be published at the collection of articles in Russian and English.
As a result, BelSU and Karaganda State University have signed cooperation treaty for development of master’s educational programs.
