International mobility in science

Students of BelSU and their fellow scientists from Applied Sciences University of Hanze (Netherlands) are working at the new project

According to the head of BelSU Institute of Engineering Technologies and Natural Sciences bio-chemical direction, Prof. Olga Lebedeva, the project is dedicated to extracting specific substances from tulips by the method of BelSU professor Viktor Deineka.

Then, biological activity of the extracts (their anticarcinogenic and antiphlogistic properties) would be studied at Applied Sciences University of Hanze.

“This is a volunteer project derived from students’ initiative”, – said the vice rector for science and innovation of BelSU, Prof. Igor Konstantinov.
