During the annual international festival, an exhibition of national cultures was opened at the hall of Youth Cultural Centre. The Principal of BelSU Prof. Oleg Polukhin who noticed its variety and vibrance. National music, bright costumes, traditional food, souvenirs, photos etc.

“I’ve brought a national costume with me. At my homeland I wear it only on big occasions. Today I want to show my home culture to my friends from various countries”, - said one of the participants. She came from Africa to study at BelSU.

Another tradition of the festival is concert. The students made presentations about their countries, read poems in their languages, played musical instruments, sang and dances. Besides the international show-groups of BelSU also gave performances: classic dance ensemble “Terpsihora-Alisa” and “Zvezdniy Algoritm” vocal band.

At the end of the concert, the Vice rector of BelSU for culture and education Svetlana Ostrikova thanked representatives of foreign fellow-countrymen communities for the active participance in the festival.
