BelSU strengthens cooperation with Serbia

Due to educational sandwich model, the delegation from BelSU has visited University of Belgrade. Deputy director for international cooperation of Institute of Management Larisa Shmigirilova gave a “Sociology of youths” lecture to Serbian master degree students; professor of Sociology and Youth outreach Subdepartment Sergei Lebedev has also gave a lecture on the topic “Religion in Soviet education: main approaches and problems”.

During the visit the representatives met the Dean of Belgrade University Philosophy Departments Voislav Elich, the head of Geograhy Department Tourism Subdepartment Vera Gligorievich and director of Belgrade Institute of Social Sciences Goran Bashich. They’ve discussed perspectives and plans of educational and scientific cooperation development according to signed agreements.

In September, the Serbian partners should visit BelSU during the events dedicated to 140^th Anniversary of the university. Besides that, the Master degree students from Belgrade will take an internship at BelSU Institute of Management.
