Shanghai Cooperation Organisation – the global vector of development

The participants of the Forum discussed problems and prospects of youth cooperation between different universities and scientific organisations. The moderator of this strategy session was the Vice-Chairman of Youth Entrepreneurship Committee of Youth Council of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science Dmitry Borovikov.

He noted the importance of the SCO and told about the forecasted stages of the education and technologies development up to 2030, stressing the role of universities in the market development.

The member of the Board of Directors of the National Outsourcing company Aleksey Lukovenko also highlighted the role of universities in the strategic development of the SCO countries.

The curator of the youth entrepreneurship program of Russian Youth Union Alexei Ezhov told about prospects of SCO cooperation development and international interrelationship.

The participants or Forum discussу the project of Resolution under the guidance of the Vice-Rector for the BelSU science and innovations Andrey Peresypkin. Vice-rector noted the main points of the project, including the capacity of the SCO countries cooperation in scientific-technical sphere and cooperative research and development in the sphere of innovative technology, 3D printing, space technology, biotechnology, nanotechnology, IT-technology, robotics, energy and energy efficiency, ecology, economy and socio-humanitarian problems. It was also proposed to hold the Youth Forum on the basis of BSU annually.

After discussion of the resolution, the participants of the forum adopted it. Summing up the meeting, Andrey Peresypkin noted the BSU willingness to cooperate with universities and youth organizations and further cooperation in spheres of the SCO development priorities.

After the strategic session, the participants of the Forum visited the Federal and Regional Centre for Aerospace and Ground Monitoring of Objects and Natural Resources, Scientific and Technological Equipment Common Use Centre. During the forum young people also visited a lot of Belgorod sights.
