The highly praised university

503 state universities took part in the poll and about 60 of them end up in the list. The research was conducted by “Russia Today” International News Agency and supported by Ministry of Russian Science.

Independent quality control of the activity of educational facilities considers openness and accessibility of information about their work and students’ estimation of amenities of their alma mater and education quality.
