Serenade at the university

The celebration began with Keibim Ivanhoe, the student from South America who performed “If you go away” song. The students also read poems and odes to a fair lady and sang songs with a guitar. They eagerly took part in contests: for example, a “make up contest” in which the participants should find the right words to make up with a girlfriend.

Director of Cross-Cultural Communication Center Elena Nazarenko thanked the participants for a wonderful evening.

«Today’s Serenade Day gave every student an opportunity to reveal his of her talent. Music and poetry know no borders”, – she said.
