The team of BelSU has taken silver medal of the All-Russian tournament on ultimate frisbee in Vladimir

The ultimate frisbee team of BelSU won silver medals at the Ultimate Frisbee championship of Russia – Stoletovy Cup-2017 in Vladimir. The national team of Belgorod State University has played in the final with the team Lobachyov UNN (Nizhny Novgorod) and lost.

Before that, the team of BelSU has won all matches of a tournament, including victories over the Moscow national teams of higher education institutions: MSTU, National Research University Higher School of Economics, Vologda VOGU and St. Petersburg State University. In total 15 men's teams have participated in the tournament.

“It is a great success for the team, because we won all matches, except the final one. Now we plan to continue the training, weekly section for students of BelSU in Khorkina's sport Complex and also the organization of the BEST tournament at the beginning of March”, – the captain of the team Vladimir Kornev, postgraduate of BelSU Institute of Management said.
