Jubilee of Medical College

Medical College celebrated its 85th anniversary at BelSU Youth Cultural Center. Representatives of the management of the university, Medical institute and medical college, healthcare specialists, teachers, employees, students and graduates of college and university, veterans of medical college have gathered for a holiday. Also guests of honor have come to share joy of a holiday with staff of the university: representatives of city administration and area have awarded teachers and the staff of medical college with certificates of honor.

The rector of BelSU, Prof. Oleg Polukhin has said the words of a greeting and a congratulation to staff of medical college. He has noted that in 85 years the medical college had different names, but its traditions remained unchanged.

“For all the time of existence of medical college high quality of training of medical shots and the highest level of responsibility of employees and teachers of college has remained unchahged. Good traditions of college and first of all, indissoluble connection of education and practice, spiritual and moral education of the person were created. I wish you development, increase in number of students, expansion of classroom fund and improvement of material and technical resources. I don't doubt that all plans which are drawn up by you will be implemented, and tasks will be solved. Greetings, colleagues!” – Oleg Polukhin said.

Guests of honor have presented to college government awards and diplomas, including diplomas of the Belgorod metropolitanate.

The director of Medical college Evgeny Krikun thanked guests of honor for kind words and promised that the medical college will continue to train highly qualified specialists.

In the end of the celebration, future healthcare specialists have presented flowers to the veterans of medical college.
