BNRU and Vitebsk State Medical University expand cooperation

During the visit, the rector of BNRU Oleg Polukhin met the rector of VSMU Anatoly Shchastny. The meeting was attended by the director of BNRU Medical Institute Vladimir Kulikovsky, his first deputy Nikolai Belousov, as well as representatives of the Vitebsk University. The sides discussed prospects for cooperation in the field of pharmacy, biology and chemistry. Belgorod residents paid special attention to the experience of VSMU in creating a research center for the development and quality control of medicines. Professor Oleg Polukhin, rector of the National Research University" BelSU ", commented on the results of the meeting:

“We plan to create a Center for Small Chemical Synthesis of Pharmaceutical Substances on the basis of the BNRU and the experience of our colleagues will be very useful. We also agreed to conduct joint interdisciplinary research, including in the framework of international grants".
