Representatives of Rosatom visited BNRU

Representatives of Rosatom state corporation - Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Nadezhda Davydova and Head of the Rosatom Training Center Sergey Ilyin met the rector of BNRU Professor Oleg Polukhin, Head of the Professional Education and Science Office of the Department for Internal and Personnel Policy of the Belgorod Region Albina Buchek, project-analytical and control-organizational work of the Department of Internal and Personnel Policy of the Belgorod Region Irina Kirilova.

During the meeting, the possibility of creating a lean manufacturing training center at BNRU with the support of the Rosatom State Corporation and the interim results of the Lean University project was proposed along with the variants of joint methodological and educational activities for the creation and replication in the region of ‘process factories’, leading organizations in lean technology. Particular attention was paid to the participants of the meeting on the need to certify lean manufacturing management systems, which will allow to bring this activity to a qualitatively new professional level.

“Nadezhda Davydova discussed a number of questions on each of the implementing micro projects. In the process of communication for the teams there were decimal tasks for the short-term period, the implementation of which can be reached at the start of micro projects of the second level of complexity”, - Svetlana Gayvoronskaya told.
