Medals for Our Athletes

Our team was one of 18 teams from across Russia, and our athletes are mostly studying at the Pedagogical Institute's Physical Education Faculty. Mr Lupandin and Mr Chuev won in the 63 kg and 85 kg categories respectively. Nikita Shepelev, from the Medical Institute, won silver in the 68 kg category, and Vladimir Sushkov took bronze in the 73 kg category.

Mr Lupandin, Mr Sushkov and Mr Chuev were joined by Pavel Kovalev and Alexander Sarychev in the Relay event, where they won gold, beating Surgut State University into second. Tomsk State Pedagogical University took the bronze.
