Morality in Culture

The Forum was sponsored by Belgorod Municipal Government, and the Association of Orthodox Scientists, and involved the participation of contributors from the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus, Bulgaria, Serbia, Poland, Ecuador, and the disputed Lugansk and Donbas Regions of Ukraine. In all, around 300 contributed, with about half coming in person. Dr Elena Viktorovna and Dr Alevtina Novikova, from the Law Institute, compèred an awards ceremony for a research project competition. 243 papers were submitted to the forum, of which 131 were selected for publication in the Forum's collected research papers. 27 people won prizes across 9 categories, with our students picking up 7 awards. Participants heard a variety of guest speakers pontificate in many areas of contemporary society. A poetry contest was run, alongside a university competition on Spiritual and Moral Culture.
