Rector Recognised

The Commission awards the most senior academic qualifications, and advises on education in the whole country. The Praesidium of the Commission are approved by the Minister for Education and Science, and all appointees serve for 3 years. The Rector was one of 139 people appointed on the 22^nd May, 94 of whom are new members. His Chairman will be the current Rector of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, Professor Vladimir Filippov.
