Work Experience in Tourism

The program was organised by Dr Tatiana Klimova, who heads the Department of Hotels and Tourism at the Institute. This year she signed an agreement with Inter-Air Kazan, who will give on-the-job training at some of their 5 star resorts. Their training will include customer service, booking systems, hotel management, and how the hotel operates. The HR Director designed and supervised the training program. The value of work experience was not lost on Maria Kokhanova, a 3^rd year tourism student,
