Successful Career Start

At the graduation ceremony graduate students were welcomed by Vice-Rector for Science Igor Konstantinov and director of the department for training and certification of teaching staff Irina Shumakova. Igor Konstantinov said that BelSU received the right to independently award academic degrees of candidate and doctor of science, as well as to create dissertation councils and establish their powers.

“Studying for postgraduate programs at BelSU gives you invaluable research skills, optimal conditions for defending a Ph.D. thesis, and a start for successful career growth,” Prof. Konstantinov said.

Anna Morozova, a graduate of the graduate school in the direction of the preparation of "Physics and Astronomy," reported on the early defense of her Ph.D. thesis and wished the graduates not to stop there and continue the path in science. The culmination of the celebration was the graduation ceremony, which was held by the vice-rector for science of Belgorod State University Igor Konstantinov.
