Three priority projects out of six belong to young researchers from Belgorod State University
The Department of Internal and Personnel Policies of the region summed up the results of the competition for grants to conduct research in priority areas of science, technology and critical technologies for students and graduate students. The competition was attended by students and graduate students of all universities of the Belgorod region, but 6 most promising projects received support, 3 of which were from the Belgorod State University.
Among the winners is PhD student at the Medical Institute Anton Pazhinsky. He presented the innovative ways of pharmacological prophylaxis and correction of retinal ischemia as the basis for reducing disability rates from socially significant diseases in the Belgorod region. The field of medicine also includes the project of a graduate student Vladislav Soldatov. He is the author of the innovative strategy for the treatment of ischemic brain damage to reduce mortality and disability from socially significant diseases in the region. The project of the postgraduate student of the Institute of Social Sciences and Mass Communications of Yulia Artyomova - self-regulation of social interactions of wheelchair users with representatives of non-profit organizations of the Belgorod Region also entered the six most promising.
The department of internal and personnel policy notes that the competition is held both to support talented researchers, and to develop young people's interest in research activities.
