The Belgorod Lilac trademark is registered.

As part of the regional project “Belgorod Lilac”, which involves the creation of the largest collection of lilac varieties in Russia, a selection center, as well as the active distribution of lilac bushes in the Belgorod region, the regional governor Yevgeny Savchenko instructed to register the logo developed in the project as a trademark . This work was done by the Regional Center for Intellectual Property of the Belgorod State University, which sent an application to the Federal Service for Intellectual Property in October last year. Nine months later, Belgorod State University received a certificate of title for a new trademark that marks the project’s souvenir products and branded materials.
