Freshmen joined the ranks of BelSU volunteers

Belgorod State University provided an opportunity for everyone to contribute to the improvement of BelSU facilities and prepare the university for the new academic year. The event was attended by representatives of the administration, institutes, faculties, as well as employees of many departments of the university.

Vice-rector for educational activities Alexander Mamatov congratulated students on their admission to the university.

Vice-rector for educational work and youth policy Svetlana Ostrikova addressed congratulations not only to freshmen, but also to their parents, spoke about the traditions and opportunities that the university provides to the student for the development of sports and creative talents.

“Our students not only study, “nibble on the granite of science”, but also perform in creative groups, engage in sports sections, participate in public student associations, including the “Hot Hearts” volunteer headquarters. It includes social, event volunteers, medical volunteers, nurses, and many others. We are glad to accept you, dear freshmen, into a friendly team of university activists”.

At the end of the event, students at their faculties and institutes received assignments in order to actually become full-fledged volunteers of the Belgorod State University.
