NRU BelSU is developing research cooperation in public management

Experts from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kirgizstan, Bulgaria and the Ukraine discussed educational issues in public management. During the video-conference the participants covered such issues as the standards in state and municipal management, practice-oriented education and joint master programs.

The Director of the Institute of Borderline Cooperation and Integration Viktor Sapryka addressed the conference participants with a greeting speech and suggested to include in the discussion the areas of joint research and education primarily between the States of the Eurasian Economic Community.

The Director of BelSU Institute of Economics and Management Viktor Zakharov underlined the fact that Belgorod State University is authorized to apply its own educational standards and award scientific degrees. International colleagues also shared their view on the current state of public management.

At the end of the conference the participants discussed the possibilities of academic mobility in the pandemic situation and suggested to organize joint lectures as part of the master programs in 2020.
