NRU BelSU bring together preeminent researchers in material science

The prestigious forum in the online format was held under the agreement ‘Prospective Alloys and Technologies for Aerospace Industry”. The conference participants represented Russian and foreign educational institutions, research institutes, Russian Academy of Science. The leading researchers in material science conducted 11 lectures, presented 23 oral reports and over poster reports as part of the School for Young Researchers.

The researchers told about their investigations in high- and medium entropy and composite alloying, alloying methods, mechanical and functional properties of alloys.

The international conference included a panel discussion on Material Science Advancement in Agro-Industry which was conducted by the Vice-Rector for Strategic Development Andrey Peresypkin and the Head of BelSU Research Institute of Mechanical Properties of Nanostructural and Heat-Resisting Materials Rustam Kaybishev. The discussion covered issues related to new aspects of work by researchers in material science at Belgorod State University aimed to attain the goals of REC Innovative Solutions in Agri-Business.
