Share the warmth of your heart with children

The Christmas Marathon is aimed to help orphan children, children without parental care, children with disabilities, low-income multi-children families and lonely elderly people.

The first marathon stage to fulfill the New Year wishes of children from welfare institutions and multi-children families will be organized via videoconferencing for the first time. One can hand in gifts to children by making an application with the help of a virtual New Year Tree. In return you will receive a letter from a child requesting a certain New Year present. The children’s requests were collected by our student-volunteers at the child welfare institutions who also helped the children to write letters to Ded Moroz.

You can bring the present personally to the welfare institution if it is prepared by 25^th December and inform the organizing committee of the marathon by sending the photo to NewYear@bsu.edu.ru. As agreed the photo will be finally posted on the marathon website.

You can also bring the present to the organizing committee located at 85 Pobeda Street, Room 5-13 (contact phone: 30-10-43). Your present will be handed in to a child and you will receive the event photo report.

The marathon will continue till the end of 2021 and its results will be summed up next December.
