Belgorod State University occupied its position in the TOP-200 universities in the Emerging Europe and Central Asia QS rating
The QS International Rating Agency announced the annual rating of universities in Emerging Europe and Central Asia (QSEECA2021) after analyzing the data of 400 universities and 28 countries in the region. This year the rating included 52 new participating universities.
NRU BelSU retained its presence in the TOP-200 on the 168th position. Among 121 Russian universities BelSU occupied the 36th place. At the same time the period analyzed demonstrated that BelSU improved its position by 4 indicators out of 10 – Academic Reputation, Papers per Faculty, Faculty/Student Ratio, Web Impact.
Meanwhile, despite of some general decrease, the university’s numbers still go beyond the average numbers in the region in the following categories: Faculty with a Degree/Total Faculty Number (80.0 against 71.0), Citations per paper (9.3 against 8.3) and International Faculty and International Students (20.8 against 6.2).
This year BelSU has achieved the best results in International Students indicator occupying the 33rd place in the region.
