Belgorod Shuangde International Institute will be opened in China

The ceremony of signing the Agreement on establishing Belgorod Shuangde International Institute at Dezhous University was held on distance. The participants of the meeting at BelSU became Rector Oleg Polukhin, administration representatives and heads of structural divisions of the university. Dezhou University was represented by the President Zhao Shengcun, heads of departments and divisions of the university.

While opening the meeting, the President of Dezhou University Zhao Shengcun thanked the representatives of Belgorod State University for the great preparatory work contributed to signing the Agreement in the shortest possible time that is so important for both universities.

For his part, Oleg Polukhin paid attention to the fact that 15 years of cooperation between both universities allowed not only to achieve excellent results, but also to strengthen friendly ties between nations. He noted that the creation of the International Institute will become another page in the chronicle of the university, which will celebrate its 145^th anniversary in September this year, and invited the President of Dezhou University to the celebrations.

At the end of the online meeting Oleg Polukhin and Zhao Shengcun signed an Agreement on establishing a joint institute that will train international specialists in the field of chemistry.
