BelSU hosted experts from ANO “Roskachestvo”

The competition committee for evaluating applicants for the Russian Federation Government Award in the field of quality have worked at the university for three days. In order to acquire a comprehensive picture of the university's activities, to assess its services satisfaction of the consumers, staff, partners and society, the experts evaluated the university according to a number of indicators: leadership, policy and strategy, personnel, partnerships, products, services, key results, etc.

At the concluding meeting with the university’s top-management, the chief expert Karina Mekhantseva emphasized that during the work the commission marked the cohesion of the team, the benevolent attitude of each employee and the maximum involvement of all structural divisions in the activity.

In turn, the expert Svetlana Ustyantseva noted that Belgorod State University maintain traditions, preserve and enhance them having the distinctive understanding of the prospects for its further development.

Igor Goryunov, the Head of Business Process Efficiency Department of the Russian Quality System, an expert of the competition, noted that the university justifiably participates in the competition for the Government of the Russian Federation Award. Igor Goryunov noted that the university has every chance to finally achieve for the most deserving position for the award and recommended BelSU to participate in the similar international competitions.
