The “Borderland-2021” International Integration Forum was held at the premises of Belgorod State University
The online event brought together over 70 experts from different regions of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, the Ukraine and other CIS countries. The Forum was organized by the Department of Social Technologies and Public Administration of BelSU Institute of Economics and Management.
Scientists and experts in the field of international integration and cross-border cooperation from Yerevan State University, Al-Farabi National University, Belarusian Institute for Strategic Research, Belarusian State University, Lomonosov Moscow State University and other high schools presented their reports at the “Borderland-2021” International Integration Forum.
The forum included an international conference on “Three Hundred Years since the End of the Great Northern War and the Russian Empire” attended by scientists and experts from Sweden, the Ukraine, Belarus and various regions of Russia.
The International Forum was concluded by the round table on “Neighbourliness and Migration” moderated by Alexander Pastyuk, a PhD in sociology, Project Manager of the Institute of Cross-Border Cooperation and Integration.
The programme was finalized by the expert discussion on “Socio-Cultural Threats in Cross-Border Regions” and the results of the competition “Best Practices of Cross-Border Cooperation”.
