The scientific event brought together over 50 scientists in different fields of differential equations theory and applications.
Every year the Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Modelling of BelSU Institute of Engineering and Digital Technologies jointly with BelSU Centre for Applied Mathematics organise major scientific events. This year the international scientific-practical conference “Partial Differential Equations and Related Topics” was dedicated to equations.
The conference programme designed for five days is held in a full-time format in Russian and English.
On the opening day of the conference Vladimir Vasilyev, the Deputy Chairman of the conference, the Head of the Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Simulation of Belgorod State University, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.
The extensive conference programme is divided into two sections: “Theoretical Mathematics” and “Applied and Computer Mathematics”. The reports will be presented by scientists from Russia, Uzbekistan, Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, and Latvia during the event.
The research topics covered by the conference participants include linear and non-linear operators in functional space, differential, integral and operator equations, initial and boundary value problems for differential equations, numerical methods in differential equation theory and their applications, mathematical and computer modelling, as well as mathematical physics.
