The members of the Board of "Leaders of the Future" platform under “Prioritet-2030” strategic programme discussed the consortia activities, lean projects and development of advanced training programmes.
At the regular conference of the Board of “Leaders of the Future” platform Alexander Galtsev, the Director of BelSU Department for Pre-University Education and Admission, told about the action plan of the “Education and Development of Talented Youth” Consortium. In his report he touched upon the specific quantitative results of enrolment campaign 2022 and reported on the success achieved.
Marina Nazarenko, the Director of the Centre for Competences Development, spoke about the interregional platform for development of the citizens’ supra-professional lean competences which is being created at BelSU in the context of contemporary challenges. The project aims to promote lean technologies among the wide public. It is planned to be completed in December 2024. By that time, the university aims to develop lean management skills among at least 1,500 residents of Belgorod region and other regions of the country.
Four unique outcomes are planned to be achieved under the project including the development of new advanced training programmes, certification of databases as intellectual property, creating the new regional consortium “Inter-Institutional Engineering Class” and creating and supporting the information platform “Lean Open Space (LOS) of Belgorod State University”.
Larisa Tsurikova, the Acting Head of the Department of Foreign Languages and Professional Communication of the Institute for Intercultural Communication and International Relations gave a report on the main results of the department activities and projects implementation within the “Leaders of the Future” strategic project in 2022. The prospects of the department development for the current year were also discussed.
