A scientist from Belgorod State University join the editorial board of the RAS journal

Monthly scientific and socio-political journal of the Russian Academy of Sciences “Sociological Studies” (SotsIs) has been published since 1974 and is one of the most prestigious and cited sociological periodicals in Russia and the CIS States.

By the decision of the RAS Presidium on 31 May, 2023 Sergey Lebedev, the Head of “Sociology of Religion, Culture and Communications” Laboratory of BelSU International Centre for Sociological Research, an Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Youth Outreach at the Institute of Social Sciences and Mass Communications, became a member of the SotsIs editorial board.

SocIs is indexed in Scopus, WoS CC, WoS RSCI, RSCI databases, included Category K1 of the VAK list.
