BelSU Graduate Delivers Unique Lesson on National TV

A graduate of the Master’s degree program in Mathematics and Natural Science Education at Belgorod National Research University (BelSU), Ksenia Ostrovskaya is also a mathematics teacher at Belgorod Gymnasium No. 22.

In her engaging video lesson on the Russia-Culture national TV channel, Ksenia explored the concept of area, highlighting its significance as a foundational element in the development of civilization. Adopting the persona of a space engineer, she shared an inspiring narrative about how ancient geometric principles have enabled humanity to tackle complex challenges – ranging from building cities and creating maps to exploring outer space.
